Local: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure the vehicle. The remainder is due 7 days prior to the date of service. There will not be any refunds within 7 days of service.

Over-The-Road: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure the vehicle. The remainder is due 14 days prior to the date of service. There will not be any refunds within 14 days of service.

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), cash, checks, and ACH transfers.

Checks must be received 10 business days prior to the date of service.

Alcohol is prohibited for any service that travels within or through the City of Chicago. For services outside of Chicago, alcohol is allowed (no glass, kegs, or red wine) with a $250.00 security deposit, refundable if the vehicle is returned in the same condition that was received.

We carry a $5 million policy, mandated by USDOT and FMCSA charter bus regulations, with an additional $5 million in excess liability.

As soon as possible! Availability is subject to change at any time, so we always recommend booking sooner rather than later. However, we are happy to accommodate your service at any time if have the availability to do so.

DOT regulations state that no driver may physically drive more than 10 hours or 600 miles per day, whichever comes first. Furthermore, a driver cannot be on duty for longer than 15 hours per day. Once these limits are reached, the driver must have a minimum of 8 hours off duty.

As such, we require 10 hours off between dates for out of town trips to ensure that the driver can safely and legally service their group.
